What we collect
- Your name and email address when you subscribe to our news.
- Your name, email address, optional phone number and message when you contact us through the contact form.
- Information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use and your approximate location, collected by the analytics and advertising tools described below.
We do not sell tickets on this website. When you choose Book tickets you go to the venue’s or ticketing agency’s own website (for example Ticketek, QTIX or Arts Centre Melbourne). Their privacy policy applies to your booking and we do not receive your payment details.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To send tour announcements, on-sale dates and offers if you subscribed and confirmed your email address.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising, and to show our shows to people who may be interested in them.
We do not sell your personal information.
Email news
Subscriber details are stored in our own website database. We only send news after you confirm your subscription by email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we comply with the Spam Act 2003.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. It uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit and how long you stay. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising
We may advertise our shows through Google (including Google Ads and YouTube) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). These services may use cookies, the Meta Pixel and similar technologies on this website to measure the results of our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited the website or who are likely to be interested in our shows. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Contact form enquiries are stored privately on our website and deleted automatically after 12 months. Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by sending us a message through the contact form. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
