This two-hour spectacular takes you back to the Grand Ole Opry in a “concert that never was”, as it brings to the stage the much-loved hits of two icons, who never actually appeared together.
Lizzie Moore is bursting with charm and personality as a singer, actor and cabaret performer. She has appeared in New York musicals and her own cabaret shows at The Duplex, New World Stages and the Julia Miles Theatre.
Lizzie took COOL BRITANNIA and ON A NIGHT LIKE THIS: THE ERIN MINOGUE EXPERIENCE to London and played to sell-out houses in Adelaide and Brisbane. Her theatre credits include lead roles in Guys and Dolls, Cabaret, Heidi and others.
Charismatic Kim Wright treasures the heritage and authenticity of the country music pioneers, especially Hank Williams, who he regards as an inspirational musical and spoken word storyteller.
He has been singing his hero from an early age and his recording career as an aspiring singer-songwriter, kicked off with the #2 spot on the iTunes chart, when his debut EP Livin’ The Dream’ was released in 2019.
Kim says: I grew up with the 6-time Grammy Award winner Hank Williams and felt the pain and joy in his lyrics. I rode the rails through the spectrum of emotions with him and am so looking forward to being a part of this show.”
